Cookies in plain terms
This notice applies to dolly-kasyno.pl, an independent review and information portal about Dolly. We are not the casino operator itself – that business runs at its own domain under Rabidi N.V. – and this page explains only what we collect when you visit our site.
We gather two kinds of information: technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, device type, pages you view, time spent), and anything you submit through a contact form. Nothing here concerns your casino account, deposits or gameplay – the operator collects that separately under its own privacy terms once you register with them.
What is stored and for how long

Contact-form submissions – your name, email address and message – are kept for as long as the enquiry remains open, then archived for 12 months in case a follow-up arises. Embedded third parties

We process technical data under legitimate interests – running the portal, measuring its performance, and detecting technical problems. Contact-form data is processed under consent: you provide it voluntarily when you write to us.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification – correct anything that is wrong.
- Erasure – ask us to delete your data where no legal obligation prevents it.

Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data to anyone. We share technical information with:
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) to measure site performance.
- Advertising networks to deliver and measure ads.
- Hosting and infrastructure services that store the site and its database.
Some of these processors operate outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on adequacy decisions (the European Commission's finding that a country offers equivalent protection) or standard contractual clauses approved by the ICO. Declining without breaking the site
Strictly necessary cookies – the ones that remember your consent choice and keep the site secure – cannot be turned off without making the portal unusable. Everything else can be declined through the banner that appears on your first visit, or adjusted later in your browser:

Blocking analytics cookies means we lose insight into which content is useful, but the portal itself still works. Blocking advertising cookies may result in less relevant ads rather than no ads at all – the space is still sold, just not tailored to you.
Protection of minors
